September and November. It is mailed — free of charge
— on a controlled circulation basis to approximately
5,383 qualified Canadian marine dealers, marina operators,
manufacturers and distributors of boats, engines, accessories
and related services. It is also sent to a limited number of
international suppliers, government agencies, trade
associations and boating writers.
